Dandelion Cures Cancer, Hepatitis, Liver, Kidneys, Stomach

Dandelion is an extremely beneficial plant, which effectively detoxifies the liver, treats allergies, has diuretic properties, lowers cholesterol, stimulates the formation of bile, and is extremely useful for pregnant and postmenopausal women.

The ideal time for picking dandelion is the beginning of April, and you should find it in places which are not much polluted, away from the town and far from roads.

All its parts have medicinal properties, so it would be best to pick it from its root with a knife.

Its leaves are great for a salad, and you can mix them with eggs and potatoes. This salad is higher in vitamins than tomatoes and spinach.

Moreover, it has more carotene than carrots and is abundant in various other minerals and vitamins.

The dandelion stem purifies the blood, relieves stomach issues, regulates the metabolism and stimulates the gallbladder function.
It is also recommended by the folk medicine as a powerful remedy against diabetes, and the milk from the stem, which is believed to be harmful, is very healing and is used for removing warts.

Its flowers are used in the preparation of dandelion syrup, also known as honey, which purifies the blood, strengthens it, improves digestion, and relieves a cough.

This is how to prepare dandelion syrup:
You should pick 400 yellow dandelion flowers and pour 3 liters of cold water over them. Then, add 4 lemons and 4 oranges cut in slices, and leave the mixture for 24 hours.

Afterward, strain the mixture through cheesecloth, and transfer the resulting liquid in a pot. Add 2 cups of sugar and cook for about an hour and a half, frequently stirring.

As soon as it boils, and it is thick enough, reduce the heat and pour the hot syrup in hot, sterilized jars. This syrup is excellent in the treatment of a cough, cold, bronchitis, and it can be also given to children.

Dandelion tea:
Pick dandelion plants, and dry them on the air. The dried leaves are used in the preparation of dandelion tea. Drink it always fresh, and you can also sweeten it with some honey. However, add it with a wooden or plastic spoon, and never use a metal one.

Dandelion root cures cancer
The powerful medicinal properties of dandelion have been known and appreciated for centuries. Moreover, newest scientific research has shown that its root can cure cancer. Therefore, in order to prepare the root of this plant in order to keep it for future use, you should peel it, cut it in equally small parts and dry them in the fresh air.

Namely, you should spread the root on some suitable surface, placed in a cool dry place with good air flow. Leave the dandelion roots to dry for 13-14 days. As soon as they become brittle under the fingers, they are dry enough. Then, store them in a jar, and keep it in a dry, dark place or up to a year.

The root of dandelion cleanses the kidneys, gallbladder, liver, and lymph. Therefore, it is also used in the treatments of numerous health issues, like gallstones, arthritis, constipation, rheumatism, hepatitis, acne and edema.

Furthermore, dandelion root is extremely useful in the case of women’s diseases, particularly in the prevention and treatment of numerous breasts issues, s like cancer, cysts, tumors, and issues related to breast milk and breastfeeding.

Dandelion tea: recipe:
Mix 60 grams of the fresh mixture and 30 grams of dried dandelion root and add their combination to a pan with 2.5 ounces of water with a pinch of salt. Bring the liquid to boil, cover the pan and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Then, strain it and consume three cups of this tea on a daily basis.

Dandelion root tea- recipe:
Dry some dandelion leaves, chop them finely and mince them. Store them in a jar for future use. Every day, add a ½ teaspoon in a glass of water and drink it regularly.

Ancient Elixir for Weight Control and Internal Cleansing

Magic ingredients:

1. Honey: Due to its 1:1 ratio of fructose to glucose, honey is the ideal food that fuels the liver, keeping blood sugar levels balanced, letting your recovery hormones get on with burning fat stores. Fructose lowers the Glycemic Index of glucose by entering the liver and opening the gate for glucose entry, preventing a rapid rise in blood glucose.

2. Honeybee pollen is the richest source of vitamins found in Nature in a single food. Made by honeybees from floral pollen mixed with nectar and bee enzymes, it contains nearly all nutrients required by humans. Bee pollen is a complete food, rich in protein, free amino acids, vitamins, including B-complex, and folic acid. About half of its protein is in the form of free amino acids that are ready to be used directly by the body.

3. Sea Buckthorn berries
: With an intense biodynamic power, they can be considered a “multivitamin”, containing 190 biologically active nutrients: vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D, E (tocopherols), K, P, carotenoids, flavonoids, amino acids, phenols, folic acid; essential fatty acids, omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 together, SOD- the most important enzyme to prevent free radical damage to cells. it gives a kick-start to our metabolism, increasing thyroid activity; it lowers levels of C-reactive protein, associated with inflammation;

4. Spices: Cinnamon and cardamom stimulate energy, igniting the digestive fire. The mix of cardamom and sea buckthorn clear the stomach of toxic waste stagnation.
What other effects does this elixir have on us? (if taken consistently for a few weeks, before meals or as a snack, with fresh fruit)

1. Decrease the risk of heart disease: the flavonoids in all ingredients cause the coronary cardiac vessels to dilate, facilitate blood circulation and slightly lower the blood pressure.

2. Decrease the glycemic index and the risk of diabetes: the natural blood glucose regulator found in honey as well as fruit and vegetables regulate blood glucose levels and stabilize blood glucose to maintain a regular supply of glucose to the brain.
3. Decrease cholesterol level: the phenols in the spices

4. Anti-inflammatory: Omega 3 fatty acids, carotenoids and Phytosterols in Sea Buckthorn

5. Anti-aging – anti-oxidants from all components ensure a strong protective effect from the damaging oxidation of free radicals.

Food fads and roller-coaster diets end up doing more harm than good, starving the body of balanced nutrition and nourishment needed to build healthy cells and tissues.

What causes the magic? How does it help with weight control? This combination of honey, bee pollen, spices and a super berry has a thermogenic effect, mobilizing the extra fat deposited in the body, allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.

How does it help with cleansing and detoxification? Sour and bitter flavors encourage the bile to move and flush toxins out of the liver to the relief of your newly cleansed liver cells.

Royal Jelly restores health increases the number of red blood and immune cells

Royal jelly is a nutritious liquid secreted by the nurse bees for the nourishment of the Queen bee. Queen bees are made, not born, and their feeding with royal jelly is the key to that process.

The Queen is hatched from identical egg as the worker bee but is fed pure royal jelly, while the worker bee mainly gets only honey and pollen. Royal Jelly, the queen’s food, makes the queen into a super-hero.

Queen bees live exclusively on royal jelly and it accounts for their size and longevity. They average 42% larger and weigh 60% more than the worker bee.

They live 40 times longer than worker bees, seven years as compared to seven weeks. It is a powerful energetic, allowing the queen to lay the number of eggs exceeding the weight of the body of the queen itself.
It is a very rich source of proteins and contains eight essential amino acids, important fatty acids, sugars, sterols, phosphorous compounds and acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is needed to transmit nerve messages from cell to cell.

Too little of this compound makes individuals prone to Alzheimer’s disease. It contains gamma globulin that stimulates the immune system and fights infections.

Royal jelly contains vitamins A, B-complex, C, D and E. It is particularly useful for its B-complex contents, including B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin, folic acid, and inositol. Royal jelly is high in the B vitamin pantothenic acid that reduces stress levels.

It also supplies calcium, copper, iron, phosphorous, potassium, silicon and sulfur. It produce an age-retarding, longevity effect; it helps maintain health, youth and beauty ; it improves body functions, increases resistance to diseases, increases endurance and energy levels; it restores health, vigor and reproductive functions, tones and strengthens the skin, increases the number of red blood and immune cells.
It significantly increases metabolism and improves breathing of tissues which accelerates protein synthesis. Another feature of royal jelly is to improve the uptake of oxygen by the human brain, which significantly improves the brain activity of man: it decreases drowsiness, improves attention and memory, ability to work.

Japan conducted extensive study on the restoration of the body after the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. In the course of their implementation, it was found that the most effective way to restore the body is eating royal jelly. And now all over Japan all children eat royal jelly 3 times a day in kindergartens and schools.

Use royal jelly mixed with honey (one spoonful of honey and 2 grams of royal jelly) every morning for a 3 week course followed by a 1 week break before reuse.

This is How Sumo Wreslers Get Fat

Skip breakfast. By depriving their bodies of food after eight hours of sleep, their metabolic rates stay low.

Exercise on an empty stomach. If their bodies have no food, their metabolic thermostats are turned down even lower to conserve fuel.

Take a nap after eating. The Sumo secret for gaining weight is that, after eating, they sleep for at least four hours.

Eat late in the day. Going to bed with full stomachs means that their bodies must respond to the huge flood of nutrients with a rush of insulin, forcing their bodies to store some of it in the cells as fat instead of in the muscles and organs as nutrients.

Always eat with others in a social atmosphere. According to leading researchers, a meal eaten with others can be at least 44 percent larger and with 30 percent more calories and fat.

Pineal Gland Detox

Pineal Gland may be far more important than you realize.
Recent research over the past four or five decades has, however, revealed the importance of this little fellow, and have linked it to physical and mental well-being, some even linking it to spiritual health too.

Your pineal gland is no larger than the size of pea and it’s found in the center of your brain. It’s shaped rather like a small Pinecone. Its job is to secrete Melatonin, a chemical that regulates our sleeping patterns.

As well as helping to regulate sleep, melatonin is also a strong antioxidant and helps to slow down the aging process. The other chemical that the Pineal Gland secretes is Serotonin, a so-called Neurotransmitter that is responsible for maintaining a happy and well balanced state of mind.

How the Pineal Gland Becomes Calcified
As we age and gather more toxins in our bodies, the pineal gland starts to calcify. Public enemy number one is Sodium Fluoride, which as you will appreciate, is found in most drinking water in the civilized world. It is also found in many tooth-pastes of course. Other things that lead to calcification of the Pineal Gland include:

  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine (don’t forget its present in tea as well as coffee)
  • Dietary hormones
  • Mercury (found in most fish)
  • Most processed foods
  • Refined sugar
  • Tobacco

Being Careful with Mercury

The fact that mercury is found in most fish is a bit of a downer. However, some fish has lower levels of mercury than others.

Pineal Gland Detoxify – Activator X

Activator X is a Vitamin that is manifested in 2 ways- K1 & K2. K1 is found in green leafy vegetables. K2 is created by microflora in the intestines, and is also found in certain foods including: Chicken or goose livers, diary from organically reared cows, egg yolks, fish roe, fish oils (omega 3), sauerkraut, and shellfish.

Pineal Gland Detoxify  – Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar contains Malic Acid which is excellent for detoxifying the Pineal Gland. It brings a nice sharp bite to food when lightly sprinkled over. It’s particularly good with salads.

Pineal Gland Detoxify  – Garlic

The medicinal powers of garlic are legendary. Not only is it a great natural antibiotic, which also supports the immune system, but it also has the ability to dissolve calcium, thus being an excellent Pineal Gland detoxifier.

Portion-wise you can eat say half a bulb every 2 days. If it’s just you eating it, then you can nullify the odor it leaves on your breath by soaking it in freshly squeezed lemon juice, or some of that cider vinegar we mentioned earlier. It enhances the flavor of the lemon or vinegar too, so don’t waste it, use it as a salad dressing.

Pineal Gland Detoxify – Tamarind

Tamarind is made from the bark of the Tamarind Tree. It is used extensively in Ayurvedic Medicine, and is also an ingredient used in some curries for its sweet/sour flavor. It can be used to make teas and tinctures by steeping in hot water for 2/3 minutes. It helps to remove fluorine via urination.

Pineal Gland Detoxify  – Distilled Water

Distilled water is the purest form of water there is, and when detoxifying the Pineal Gland it is useful for washing away any toxins and unwanted calcium deposits without adding any further toxins and minerals while to the detox process is in full swing.  Please note if you are using this method you will need to add minerals.

Essential for Holistic Health and Well-being

Having a healthy Pineal Gland is essential to anyone’s Holistic health lifestyle. It regulates sleep patterns and enhances feelings of well being. Carrying out a Pineal Gland detox for 4 or 5 days every 2 or 3 years will help to keep it functioning as it should.

If possible you should lower your intake of fluoride (The Pineal Gland’s worst enemy), as far as possible.

Nigella sativa Analgesic (Pain-Killing) Ant-Hypertensive. Insulin Sensitizing

This humble, but immensely powerful seed, kills MRSA, heals the chemical weapon poisoned body, stimulates regeneration of the dying beta cells within the diabetic’s pancreas, and yet too few even know it exists.

The seeds of the annual flowering plant, Nigella Sativa, have been prized for their healing properties since time immemorial.  While frequently referred to among English-speaking cultures as Roman coriander, black sesame, black cumin, black caraway and onion seed, it is known today primarily as black seed, which is at the very least an accurate description of its physical appearance.

The earliest record of its cultivation and use come from ancient Egypt. Black seed oil, in fact, was found in Egyptian pharoah Tutankhamun’s tomb, dating back to approximately 3,300 years ago.  In Arabic cultures, black cumin is known as Habbatul barakah, meaning the “seed of blessing.” It is also believed that the Islamic prophet Mohammed said of it that it is “a remedy for all diseases except death.”
black_seed_healing
Many of black cumin’s traditionally ascribed health benefits have been thoroughly confirmed in the biomedical literature. In fact, since 1964, there have been 458 published, peer-reviewed studies referencing it.

We have indexed salient research, available to view on GreenMedInfo.com on our Black Seed (Nigella Sativa) page, on well over 40 health conditions that may be benefited from the use of the herb, including over 20 distinct pharmacological actions it expresses, such as:
  • Analgesic (Pain-Killing)
  • Anti-Bacterial
  • Anti-Inflammatory
  • Anti-Ulcer
  • Anti-Cholinergic
  • Anti-Fungal
  • Ant-Hypertensive
  • Antioxidant
  • Antispasmodic
  • Antiviral
  • Bronchodilator
  • Gluconeogenesis Inhibitor (Anti-Diabetic)
  • Hepatoprotective (Liver Protecting)
  • Hypotensive
  • Insulin Sensitizing
  • Interferon Inducer
  • Leukotriene Antagonist
  • Renoprotective (Kidney Protecting)
  • Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha Inhibitor
These 22 pharmacological actions are only a subset of a far wider number of beneficial properties intrinsic to the black seed. While it is remarkable that this seed has the ability to positively modulate so many different biological pathways, this is actually a rather common occurrence among traditional plant medicines.

Our project has identified over 1600 natural compounds with a wide range of health benefits, and we are only in our first 5 years of casual indexing. There are tens of thousands of other substances that have already been researched, with hundreds of thousands of studies supporting their medicinal value (MEDLINE, whence our study abstracts come, has over 600,000 studies classified as related to Complementary and Alternative Medicine).

Take turmeric, for example. We have identified research indicating its value in over 600 health conditions, while also expressing over 160 different potentially beneficial pharmacological actions. You can view the quick summary of over 1500 studies we have summarized on our Turmeric Research page, which includes an explorative video on turmeric. Professional database members are further empowered to manipulate the results according to their search criteria, i.e. pull up and print to PDF the 61 studies on turmeric and breast cancer.  This, of course, should help folks realize how voluminous the supportive literature indicating the medicinal value of natural substances, such as turmeric and black seed, really is.

Black seed has been researched for very specific health conditions. Some of the most compelling applications include:
  • Type 2 Diabetes: Two grams of black seed a day resulted in reduced fasting glucose, decreased insulin resistance, increased beta-cell function, and reduced glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in human subjects.
  • Helicobacter Pylori Infection: Black seeds possess clinically useful anti-H. pylori activity, comparable to triple eradication therapy.
  • Epilepsy: Black seeds were traditionally known to have anticonvulsive properties. A 2007 study with epileptic children, whose condition was refractory to conventional drug treatment, found that a water extract significantly reduced seizure activity.
  • High Blood pressure: The daily use of 100 and 200 mg of black seed extract, twice daily, for 2 months, was found to have a blood pressure-lowering effect in patients with mild hypertension.
  • Asthma: Thymoquinone, one of the main active constituents within Nigella sativa (black cumin), is superior to the drug fluticasone in an animal model of asthma.
  •  Another study, this time in human subjects, found that boiled water extracts of black seed have relatively potent antiasthmatic effect on asthmatic airways.
  • Acute tonsillopharyngitis: characterized by tonsil or pharyngeal inflammation (i.e. sore throat), mostly viral in origin, black seed capsules (in combination with Phyllanthus niruri) have been found to significantly alleviate throat pain, and reduce the need for pain-killers, in human subjects.
  • Chemical Weapons Injury: A randomized, placebo-controlled human study of chemical weapons injured patients found that boiled water extracts of black seed reduced respiratory symptoms, chest wheezing, and pulmonary function test values, as well as reduced the need for drug treatment.
  • Colon Cancer: Cell studies have found that black seed extract compares favorably to the chemoagent 5-fluoruracil in the suppression of colon cancer growth, but with a far higher safety profile.
  • Animal research has found that black seed oil has significant inhibitory effects against colon cancer in rats, without observable side effects.
  • MRSA: Black seed has anti-bacterial activity against clinical isolates of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
  • Opiate Addiction/Withdrawal: A study on 35 opiate addicts found black seed as an effective therapy in long-term treatment of opioid dependence.
Sometimes the biblical reference to ‘faith the size of a mustard seed moving mountains’ comes to mind in connection with natural substances like black seeds. After all, do seeds not contain within them the very hope for continuance of the entire species that bore it?  This super-saturated state of the seed, where life condenses itself down into an intensely miniaturized holographic fragment of itself, promising the formation of future worlds within itself, is the very emblem of life’s immense and immortal power.

Plantain has Healing effect on the Digestive System.

You’ve stepped on it, ignored it, and tried to eradicate it from your lawn. However, this innocuous little weed is one of the most useful medicines on the planet, just begging to be harvested. Plantain has often been the go-to remedy for hikers plagued by mosquitos. Because it draws toxins from the body with its astringent nature, plantain may be crushed (or chewed) and placed as a poultice directly over the site of bee stings, bug bites, acne, slivers, glass splinters, or rashes. Bandage the area and allow the plantain to work its magic for 4-12 hours. Plantain may also be used to create a balm for emergency kits, or an infusion used as a skin or general wash. It is also a notable, soothing remedy for hemorrhoids.

There are two major types of plantain in BC, Canada: Lance and Broadleaf. Generally, all 200-plus varieties of plantain yield the same results. It grows especially well in poor, rocky soil (such as driveways) and is often seen alongside dandelion. More often than not, you will see plantain growing in gravel pits and construction sites as nature seeks to regenerate the soil. Introduced to North America in the 1600s, it was once called “White Man’s Foot” by the Native Americans who witnessed that where the Europeans tread and disrupted the soil, plantain sprung up.

Plantain is renowned for its healing effect on the digestive system. This is especially useful for anyone who has been damaged by antibiotics, anti-inflammatory or pain medications, food allergies, or Celiac disease. Both leaves and seeds specifically target the digestive system for healing. The leaves may be steeped as tea, added to soups, or dried with a sauce similar to kale chips. The seeds – a type of psyllium – can be ground or soaked for bulk mucilage or absorbable fibre, which, consumed before meals, may help with weight loss.

Because plantain is a gentle expectorant and high in silica, an infusion can be helpful for lung problems, coughs, and colds.
Plantain is almost a panacea for the human body, treating everything from all menstrual difficulties, all digestive issues, to nearly all skin complaints, and even arthritis. Add to salads, chew to ease thirst, or enjoy in stir fries. This versatile wild vegetable will keep you in good health for years to come!

USES FOR COCONUT OIL

80 TOTALLY AWESOME USES FOR COCONUT OIL

Be sure to buy organic coconut oil. Most Walmarts carry it on the aisle with the other cooking oils (it's less than $7 at mine), also health stores should have them as well.
Personal Hygiene/Body:

1. Moisturizer – simply scoop some out of the jar and apply all over your body, including neck and face.
2. Eye cream – apply under the eyes to reduce puffiness, bags, and wrinkles. Use on the lids in the evening.

For a deeper treatment, rub in a tablespoon of coconut oil onto your dry scalp and gently work through to the ends. Put a shower cap on to prevent transfer onto bed linens and leave on overnight.
7. Hair Gel/Defrizzer – rub a little between your palms and either scrunch into hair (for curly hair) or finger comb in through from scalp to ends (for wavy/straight hair).
8. Toothpaste – there are numerous recipes out there but I just mix coconut oil and baking soda and dab a little of the mix on my toothbrush.

Solitude Exercise

The 90 Minutes of Solitude Exercise:

A.) Schedule 90 minutes this week to gift yourself. You will be embarking on a short voyage.
B.) Before leaving your house, remove all items from your pocket / backpack that could be a distraction – including cell phone, computer, magazines, newspapers, iPod, notebook, etc.
C.) Find a local forest or park and travel to it.
D.) Upon arrival, walk until you find a space away from any manmade stimuli, including other people.  And sit down. There is no need to close your eyes, just be still.
E.) If possible, remove your shoes and socks, letting your feet touch the earth.
F.) Begin to watch the ticker tape of thought and notice how it fluctuates over the course of 90 minutes.

Some things you may want to pay attention to:

- How long does it take for your mind to become extremely quiet?  If at all..
– What triggers your mind to become hyper active?
– What thoughts, positive and negative, begin to come up?
– What can you sense about your immediate environment?
– If you are working through a particular health challenge, what thoughts are coming up around this?
This type of practice is obviously not an overnight cure. But if you take 90 minutes of undistracted solitude once or twice per week, information about who you are and where you need help will begin to present itself. This hard earned information is what many healers use to help plot out a medicine map.
This inner map can be a crucial aid to ones recovery.
