WHAT YOU NEED TO CLEANSE YOUR LUNGS
- 1 small piece of ginger root;
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric;
- 1 liter of water;
- 400 g garlic (peeled, and cut into slices);
- 400g of sugar (can be regular, but ideally brown sugar).
Here's what to do:
Heat the water in a saucepan. When it comes to a boil, add the sugar, garlic, ginger and turmeric to it.
Add the sugar last.
Cook the mixture on low heat until half of the water has boiled off. Then remove the pot from the stove and pour the liquid into a jar. When it cools down, place it in the refrigerator.
The sequence is of decisive importance.
Place the resulting drink in the refrigerator. You must be disciplined and consistent: you need to take two tablespoons of this mixture on an empty stomach every morning.
It will be even better if you take this mixture twice a day: in the morning and in the evening before dinner.
